Kacie Minchew

Operations Manager:

Kacie has been a part of the SERVPRO family for nearly 11 years now.  During her time with SERVPRO, Kacie has travelled all over the country assisting with storm events and handled numerous large losses.  She recently took on the role of Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile County.  Kacie has undergone extensive training and holds multiple certifications including: OSHA 30, Journeyman Water Restorer, Master Water Restorer, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Installation, and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning.  She enjoys her job and getting to meet new customers and face new challenges each day.  Kacie says helping clients during a very stressful situation is the most rewarding aspect of being an Operations Manager.  When she isn’t working, Kacie is and avid movie watcher who enjoys relaxing at home and binging on Netflix.

Danielle Radecki

Office Manager:

Danielle Radecki, Office Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile County, has been with the company since 2018.  She says that she enjoys what she does because every day brings new challenges and she is constantly learning something new.  It is also a pleasure to work with such a great group of people.    Outside of work, Danielle spends her free time cooking, reading or with her family.

Sherri Marlin

Sales Representative:

Sherri Marlin, a Sales and Marketing Representative with SERVPRO of Mobile County, began her career in the restoration industry more than 35 years ago.  She is a member of various professional organizations including PEP (Partners for Environmental Progress), Saraland Chamber of Commerce, Chickasaw Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and Semmes Chamber of Commerce.  Sherri holds her IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification as well as a number of certifications through SERVPRO including: Crew Training, Water Damage, Fire Damage and Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning.  She has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.  She says the best part about being an SMR is getting to spend so much time in the field interacting with all of her terrific clients. “It is so rewarding to get to share new information regarding our industry. They truly appreciate learning more about what we do and all of the latest and greatest advancements.”  In her free time Sherri enjoys Alabama Football, hanging out by her pool and spending time with her family.

Sandy Osborn

Job File Coordinator:

Sandy Osborn, a Job File Coordinator (JFC) with SERVPRO of Mobile County, has over 10 years of experience in the SERVPRO system.  The aspect she likes most about her position is being there to help people when they are going through stressful or confusing situations.  She enjoys guiding the customers through the process and helping them get their lives back to some sense of normalcy.  When she has a chance to get out of the office Sandy spends most of her time outdoors with her family fishing, swimming and camping.
