Clay Bradley has been a Production Manager with SERVPRO for more than four years. Prior to SERVPRO, Clay worked as a manager with Krispy Kreme. After making the leap from doughnuts to disaster, Clay worked diligently to learn everything he could about the industry. Since joining the team he has undergone rigorous training and education to become a Certified Water Restoration Technician. His goal is to continuously grow and work towards additional certifications, as he moves forward in his career. Clay says the most rewarding part of his job is assisting others with their problems and finding creative solutions to remedy difficult situations. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
Darryl King is a Crew Chief on both our fire and water teams. During his four years with SERVPRO, he has worked hard to become a Certified Water Restoration Technician as well as completing our rigorous four part ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program). Before beginning his career in the restoration industry, Darryl worked in Research and Development with Texas Instruments. He said he was looking for a new challenge and that is how he found SERVPRO. Darryl has an easy and friendly demeanor that has made him a favorite with both employees and customers. He says helping customers when they need it most is one of the greatest rewards of his job. When he isn’t working, Darryl enjoys long distance running and fishing.
T.John is the President/Owner of SERVPRO Mobile Northwest and SERVPRO North Mobile County. After receiving a B. S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, T. John made it his life’s work to help businesses build, grow and succeed. He worked in a variety of industries before purchasing the SERVPRO franchise in 2016. T. John saw this as a great opportunity to become a part of an amazing company and join his father and brother in the industry. He holds certifications in Water Restoration, Lead Paint Renovation and Advanced Structural Drying. T. John believes the key to a successful business is superior customer service and developing strong customer relationships. He is dedicated to building a franchise that strives for continuous improvement to ensure that our customers’ expectations are always surpassed. T. John loves spending his free time with family and friends. He can be found cooking for them, fishing, and spending time on the water.
Sherri Marlin has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO family for more than 26 years. She spent 17 years as an Office Manager and then moved in to Sales and Marketing, where she has been for the last nine years. She has gained a wealth of knowledge through both her experience and her dedication to ongoing education. Sherri is an IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician and she holds multiple certifications through SERVPRO including: Crew Training, Water Damage, Fire Damage and Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning. She has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Sherri is an active member of the Insurance Professionals of Mobile (IPOM) and is currently serving her second term as President of the Mobile Claims Association. In 2013, Sherri received the “Education First” award from IPOM and most recently, she was chosen as their Insurance Professional of the Year for 2017. Her dedication to the industry is undeniable and helps to solidify the trust of her clients in the field.
Stephanie Young graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B. A. in Communication and Marketing. She worked in the financial industry and as a copywriter before joining the SERVPRO team. Stephanie has over six years of experience in the industry and has spent the last three of those with SERVPRO working in Sales and Marketing. She enjoys her time in the field helping clients when they need it most. Stephanie is also extremely invested in the creative aspects of her position. She devotes much of her time towards the design and development of marketing materials. When she isn’t working, Stephanie spends her time with her husband and two children hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Danielle is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile Northwest. Danielle is a proud mother of 4 who originally hails from New Jersey. We depend on Danielle to keep the office running smoothly and to keep us all smiling with her witty personality. She is an integral part of the team and we don’t know what we would do without her. In her free time, Danielle loves to travel to small towns and remote areas antiquing and looking for unique finds. She says her idea of happiness a good book, a cup of coffee and a comfy place to sit on a rainy day!
